The phases

Timetable for the preparation of the UPMC Strategic Plan

1. A broad consultation of everyone connected to UPMC conducted from May 2 to June 30, 2011

2. Presentation of outcomes of the consultation and workshops in the autumn, based on status reports on the actions taken for each mission.

3. In parallel, self-assessment by structures and services of their activities on the basis of:

a. Guidance from the strategic plan and/or the service project

b. Indicators related to objectives

c. Their consolidated budget established by the direction of management control.

4. Creation on a report that synthesizes this work, by the Steering Committee from December 2011 to April 2012

5. Discussion and adoption of the strategic plan by councils from April to May 2012

6. Filing the strategic plan with the national research and higher education assessment agency in June 2012
